Wearables for mothers

The aim of this study was to identify digital biomarkers for five key complications in pregnant mothers using smart watches along with associated data. Participants will wear smartwatches that will track parameters including, number of steps, heart rate, breathing rate and calories burnt. Machine learning algorithms will then be trained and tested to understand any patterns and the predictive power of each class of parameter, with an ultimate aim to improve maternal health outcomes.
