Oral Lichenplanus

This prospective study aims to investigate the genetic landscape of oral lichen planus (OLP) and identify potential biomarkers for its progression to oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Whole-exome analysis will be performed on OLP patient samples. Participants will be followed up to monitor the development of OSCC. Comparative genomic analysis will be conducted to identify biomarkers associated with disease progression. This study will provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying OLP’s potential malignant transformation.
