What We Look For

  • Deep passion and strong skills in your area: administration and HR, finance and procurement, digital marketing, project management, academic programme management and/or development and grants.
  • Proficient and meticulous in documentation, planning with streamlined workflows for efficiency.
  • Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail and experience with digital project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills both written and oral, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Academic Programme Management

Play a pivotal role in shaping our postgraduate degree programme and our training and certificate programmes. From building networks and engaging with faculty, sponsors, collaborators and partners to refining the curriculum and hatching out outreach plans, you’ll be at the forefront of launching a programme that defines the future of education.

  • Marketing and Communications

Bring our stories to life! You’ll develop and execute strategies to showcase our work, events and milestones to the world, both online and offline. 

  • Community Engagement

Plan, host and create events that celebrate achievements, foster collaboration and grow connections that extend far beyond the lab.

  • Talent Management

Keep our Lab culture thriving by leading recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring our team feels supported and motivated every step of the way.

  • Finance

Oversee and manage the Lab’s financial health by helping keep our books (accounting) finance, procurement, payroll management, inventory and budgeting.
